Here are the new rules:

1. Employees of Gannett Co., Inc., its affiliated companies, participating retailers and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Only the official entry blank online at news-press.com/primepicks can be used. No paper entries will be considered.
3. Picks must be completed by 12:01 a.m. each Saturday.
4. In case of a tie, a tiebreaker score will be used to determine the winner. The score closest, but not exceeding the total-point tiebreaker, wins. If all tiebreaker guesses exceed the actual points scored in the game, the person closest to the score will be the winner.
5. Must be 18 or older to participate. Contest void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary. Contest runs September 15 through December 5.
